Pile Planting

Pile Planting for Precast Piles is a recent advancement in pile foundation engineering.This technique involves mechanically predrilling a hole, filling it with materials such as cement-sand slurry, cement grout, concrete, or cement-soil, and then inserting a precast pile with a diameter smaller than the hole.Compared to conventional cast-in-situ piles,this method results in less pile end sediment and eliminates common issues such as hole collapse and necking. It offers better adaptability to different soil layers. With higher vertical load-bearing capacity and stable pile quality,this method provides improved economic efficiency and reliability.

Welding Connection

Welding connections can be categorized into several methods: the steel cap angle steel welding method (used only for reinforced concrete square piles), the steel plate welding method (commonly used for reinforced concrete pipe piles), the ring lining welding method (generally used only for steel pipe piles), and the butt welding method. Welding techniques can further be classified into manual welding, semi-automatic welding, and automatic welding.

Mechanical Connection

Mechanical connections enhance the efficiency and quality of pile joints. Mechanical joints can be classified into several types:flange bolt connections, steel cap and iron tenon connections,steel cap and key connections (such as interlocking types), steel cap with groove and projection connections, and clamp connections. Among these, flange bolt connections are commonly used for pipe piles, while the other methods are suitable for square piles.
